Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form goes to the third-party provider that returns the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of that query. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard server logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited page, and timestamp. Aggregate use of these logs helps diagnose faults and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic traffic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data described above supports site operation, error repair, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor build individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Government portals, King County and Washington offices, library collections, and outside search tools set their own privacy terms. Information sent to one of those services is controlled by its policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for site operations. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the uses stated here. Because there are no user accounts, this site holds no account password or member profile for you.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Your residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete data held by a website. Washington does not provide one general deletion right for all public or commercial people data. Its My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, applies to covered consumer health data rather than every site record. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for information you supplied; use the Contact page for that request. Government records held by Federal Way, King County, or Washington remain under the custodian's control, so correction, restriction, or removal requests must go to that office.
Policy Changes
A revised policy will be posted here. Your continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the new terms.
